SD10 Bulldozer

SD10 is sprocket-elevated crawler bulldozer featuring hydraulic-mechanical transmission, elastic-suspended underearriage system,eleetro-hydraulic controls for both the walking and working devices, It meets both domestic and international emission standards requirement. The prominent features include elevated sprocket and modular design, which significantly prolong the life of the transm ission system and remarkably shorten the maintenance and servicing time. Equipped with ROPS& FOPS cab, and fault self-diagnosis function, it is especially suitable for large-scale mining, water conservancy, transportation and other engineering construction projects.

Engine

With famous brand Cummins QSK19-C755 diesel engine, with features of big displacement, low speed with high torque output in touch working. 

Equipped with power external bypass hydraulic mechanical torque converter, more efficiency

Torque Converter

Equipped with power external bypass hydraulic mechanical torque converter, more efficiency.


Transmission

The transmission includes three speeds forward and three speeds reverse, featuring thick, large diameter, high capacity, oil-cooled clutches. These clutches provide higher toque capacityand increase service life.


Steering&Braking

Steering&Braking clutch are wet type muti disc, braking clutch is spring disc pressing, hydraulic seperating, steering clutch is constant seperating, hydraulic pressing


Final Drive

Final drive is two stages planet speed reduction mechanisam, input through sun gear and output through planet carrier, and transfer the power to track chain through the sprocket wheel, driving the bulldozer moving


Undercarriage

The suspended undercarriage design absorbs impact loads to reduce the shock loads transferred to the undercarriage by up to 50 percent in uneven terrain. The bogie suspension conforms closely to the ground providing up to 15 percent more ground contact, espacially in hard, uneven terrain. 


Chassis Hydraulic System

With stable and reliable system, using self design and made transmission control valve and steering& braking control valve, with high reliability


Implement Hydraulic System

Pilot hydraulic Control The Pilot hydraulic Control system reduces the operator’s labour intensity, it makes the operating more flexiable and improve the producing ability.
