What Are The Reasons For Bulldozer Oil Leakage?

Mar. 08, 2019

The supercharger itself is an accessory mounted on the engine of a small Bulldozer, affecting two factors of the supercharger: air, lubricating oil.

If there is a problem with these two points, it will be reflected on the supercharger.

 Mechanical Drive Loader

This is determined by the Low Cost Bulldozer engine itself. Therefore, in the above case, the problem is mostly not the turbocharger itself, but the lubrication system and the air supply system of the engine.

There are several types of oil spills for Mechanical Drive Loader:

1. The pressure of the lubricating oil is too high, generally not exceeding 0.5MPa.

2. The oil return line is blocked, the oil return is not smooth, the air filter is not cleaned for a long time, the air inlet is not smooth, and the pressure at one end of the compressor is insufficient, causing oil leakage.

3. The seal fails and causes oil leakage.

4. The crankcase respirator is unstable and the crankcase pressure is too high, resulting in poor oil return.

5. Supercharger bearing volume carbon.

6. The bearing wear, resulting in excessive shaft clearance oil leakage.
